d/b/a GoPro (“Sponsor”).

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on 4/11/12 and ends at 5:59:59 PM PT on 4/24/12 (the “Promotion Period”). 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Share the Stoke” Contest (the “Promotion”) is open to GoPro fans worldwide, and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, aged 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry, who have an active email account and Internet access. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents or legal guardians to participate. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, ful?llment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Promotion Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time APRIL 12, 2012 and entries may be made until 5:59 P.M. Pacific Standard Time April 24, 2012 (the “Entry Period”). In order to enter, you must be a registered user of Facebook, and are required to “like” our page at www.facebook.com/gopro. After you have completed the required information on the entry page of the sweepstakes, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) in the Sweepstakes. If a user specifies a user who referred him or her to the Sweepstakes “Referrer” by writing the name of the Referrer in the referrer field of the entry form, the Referrer will receive one (1) entry “Referrer Entry” in the Sweepstakes. Only users who have entered in the Sweepstakes are eligible for a Referrer Entry. Names of users who have not entered will not be issued a Referrer Entry. By submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Entry Guidelines and Restrictions”). 

NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

Alternative Entry: To enter without creating or accessing the Internet, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3×5 piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to GoPro World Headquarters, SHARE THE STOKE Contest, 2450 Cabrillo Hwy S., Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. Upon receipt, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 24, 2012 and received by May 1, 2012. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

Each entrant may submit only one Entry during the Entry Period. Each entrant may receive more than one Referrer Entries. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor cannot predict the number of Entries which will be made to the Sweepstakes. ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY, IT BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.

3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The Sponsor will randomly select 5 entries as the winner. If the winning entries also contains one valid Referrer Entry, the user named in the Referrer Entry will also receive a prize. Referrer entry must be in the form of an email address. If the Referrer Entry is not clearly identifiable, the Entry winner may designate the Referrer Entry winner – however, referrer Entry winner must be a valid entry. Winner will be notified within 60-days of the end of the Sweepstakes by email using the contact information provided with the original entry in the form.  

4. PRIZES AND ODDS: The prizes to be awarded from the Promotion are as follows: Up to ten (10) Prizes will be awarded (final number of prizes will be determined by number of valid referral entries). Prize will consist of one “Everything We Make” Prize Package to be awarded each winner. The Everything We Make Prize Package consists of one (1) of each of the following items: HD HERO2 Outdoor Edition; Handlebar Seatpost Mount; Roll Bar Mount; Suction Cup Mount; Chest Mount Harness; Helmet Front Mount; Vented Helmet Strap Mount; Head Strap Mount; Tripod Mount; Grab Bag of Mounts; Flat Adhesive Mounts; Curved Adhesive Mounts; Surf Mount; Anti-Fog Inserts; Lens Replacement Kit; Spare Battery; Skeleton Housing; LCD BacPac; Battery BacPac; Floaty Backdoor; NVG Mount; 3D HERO System; HD Wrist Housing and 2GB SD Card. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize to be awarded is nine hundred and sixty-six dollars and seventy-five cents ($966.75 USD). 
The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the parents or legal guardians, who must sign all required affidavits and releases. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. Winners who are residents of the USA are required to complete and submit a W-9 to Sponsor prior to delivery of a prize. Non-USA winners are responsible for all taxes and import duties. 

Total value of all prizes to be awarded will depend on number of valid referral entries. 

5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will announce the winners on the Promotion Page and Sponsor FB Page on 12:00 NOON PT on May 1st, 2012. All potential prize winners will be notified by email within [five (5)] business days of determination, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke a prize in the event that ownership cannot be satisfactorily determined by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted. 

6. GENERAL RULES: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion is offered by GoPro, 2450 Cabrillo Hwy, S. Half Moon Bay, CA 94019, which is not responsible for (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, (b) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or (c) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.

Entrants, by participating in this Promotion, further agree to waive, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, affiliated companies and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Promotion, including, but not limited to, Facebook (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against, any claims, injuries (including death), loss, expenses or damages and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise in whole or in part from the acceptance, possession, use or enjoyment of a prize or parts thereof, participation in the Promotion, or in any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any (i) condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted, (ii) injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion, (iii) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion, (iv) electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind, including undeliverable votes resulting from any form of active or passive email altering by a user’s Internet service provider, lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected votes, any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in the Promotion or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or the processing of votes or Submissions. Winners agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final. 

In no event will Sponsor be liable to ENTRANTS for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with entrants’ participation in the promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant consents to the use by Sponsor and its related and affiliated companies of his/her name, address (city, state), photograph, likeness, biographical information, Submissions, entry and/or statements made by or attributed to the entrant (if true) relating to Sponsor or to the Promotion for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without further notice, permission and/or compensation. All entries, as applicable, become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery of prizes.

Sponsor reserves the right, without liability to entrant, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion (or any portion thereof) in its discretion and at any time if it is determined that fraud, misconduct, or technical failures have corrupted the administration, security, integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant or winner (and void all associated Submissions and votes) if fraud or tampering with a Submission and/or the referral process is suspected, including any person attempting to solicit, encourage or obtain automated entries or referrals, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated in the Official Rules. The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws. As stated above, the Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Promotion. Headings are provided for convenience only. These Official Rules are governed by California law, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Promotion and these Official Rules must be brought in exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy at gopro.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy. 

9. Winner’s List, Official Rules: For a list of the prize winners, which will be available seven (7) days after the end of the announcement of the winners, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: GoPro “I Love My GoPro” Contest Winners, GoPro, 2450 Cabrillo Hwy.
